How do I delete my account?

Email contactsubaz@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, and we'll remove your account and all associated data within 7 days.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely with Supabase (a privacy-respecting database service). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why did I lose XP?

When you miss a scheduled habit, you lose XP based on the habit's difficulty. If you complete it the next day, the penalty is refunded — but two misses in a row makes the penalty permanent. This is by design to reward consistency.

My reminder didn't fire.

Check: Settings → Notifications → The Ritual → Allow Notifications. Also make sure "Focus modes" aren't silencing the app.

How do I export my data?

Email contactsubaz@gmail.com and we'll send you a JSON export within 7 days.

Can I use The Ritual on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same email on any device and your data syncs automatically.
